OPEN LEVEL CLASSES
Compass Pilates classes are 45 minute full body workout sessions designed for ALL bodies. Using a combination of our custom-built reformer machines (made by PilatesEquip) and props you will improve tone, balance, flexibility and build strength and endurance. Paul from Pilates Equip has a passion for fine furniture making and an eye for detail which you will see in the impeccable finish of our equipment.
Each studio has 10 machines allowing service to be personalised and for members to feel supported in their fitness journey.
Whether you are brand new to Pilates, or a seasoned Pilates attendee, all classes will be tailored to suit every person in class. Our goal is to set you up for your individual success. We want you to move better, feel better, live better.

WARRIOR
Warrior is a strength-focused class that harnesses the power of balance, stability, and strength. This dynamic, non-stop workout keeps you moving from start to finish, using adjustable spring options to challenge your body at every level of your fitness journey.

sculpt
Sculpt is an athletic-style reformer class that seamlessly blends elements from both our Warrior and Energise classes for a comprehensive total body workout.
Each session focuses on specific themes and target areas to create challenges that enhance balance and concentration. You'll boost your core strength, muscle definition, mobility, and flexibility, all while feeling invigorated!
nourish
Nourish is kickstarted with a dynamic full-body workout for 30 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of deep stretching on and off the reformer, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed!
Our Full Nourish classes are a rare treat! This 45-minute session focuses entirely on stretching, helping you unwind, lengthen, and restore your body.
